An estimate and Terms & conditions will be sent to the customer after reception of a project request
Terms listed below do not apply to regular website design projects (non-eBay and non-ProStores ).

• Requests must be submitted via our ProStore Job Request system: we do not take orders over the phone.
• PIXCLINIC will recontact you with an expected start date.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order.

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order.

• Payments must be made in US Dollars by Credit Card or PayPal.
• We reserve the right to ask for an alternate method of payment.
• The down payment is due within two business days the order is placed.
• Orders paid via Paypal are charged in full when the payment request is sent to you by PIXCLINIC.
• Orders paid via Credit Card are charged 50% of when the payment request is sent to you by PIXCLINIC, the balance charged upon work completion.
• Payment must be completed prior to store launch or HTML code release.
• Payments not completed 30 days after the final invoice has been sent will be charged to the Client's credit card.
• Orders USD 300.00 or less will be charged in full when order placed.

• We offer free support for a period of one week after the launch, giving us enough time to be sure your store is properly working.
• We charge a fee for maintenance / support after the first week. Fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Contact us.
• eBay Store owners: we do not host images used in the design, you must have them hosted on a space your own/rent.

• Images provided by our customers remain their exclusvive property and will not be used in future design projects. They may be used, however, in examples on our website (portofio).
• We reserve the right to use at our discretion all pictures & graphics provided or created by us in future projects.

PIXCLINIC can not be held responsible for the following:

• Copyright issues on images used for your web design in your home page and listings, like brand logos and pictures.
• Loss of data after the store launch. We strongly recommend you to keep a backup of the HTML code and images that we provided.
• Issues / changes due to upgrades applied by eBay Inc., ProStores Inc. or other parties involved in the Clients' Business.
• Changes in page rankings / search postionning by search engines.
• Issues related to the content of your listings (copyright text, keyword spamming, fees circumvolution, etc...)
• Any damage or loss incurred during transit for items shipped to and from our Photo Studio.
